  1. Depends on your service provider….but you should only have to dial the country code. Phone the help desk of your provider they should let you know

  2. Some carriers require you to enable international calls. On some, dial 011 for international, like on a regular phone. On others, dial * for international. For the real answer for your phone, dial 611 and ask.
