  1. SMS is just text messaging. You can e-mail a phone, my friends do it. Just know the phones email address. You can find this out by fist sending an MMS to your email. Whatever the sending address is, its your phones address. Usually has your phone number in it. Whether or not the hone supports the image or video you attach is different. You will have to look in your phones manual or call the service provider.
