My w800 never fully charges and when i take it off the charger it goes at 100% then when i use it the battery just drains and after about 1-2 hours of use it will die any ways to fix this? or just get a new battery

  3. I got a new battery but that also drains in less than 8 hours. Is there a way to troubleshoot what is the issue.
